Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store at the moment.
When will my order be received?
When the order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so that you can follow the status of your delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, please write to us in the chat or send us an e-mail at halocandleco7@gmail.com and we will help you. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the hand poured process some orders may take 5-10 days. We offer $9 flat rate shipping to the United States. There is free shipping for all orders $75 and over. Wholesale orders process 8-10 days due to hand poured process.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the packaging or items when shipping back.
How do I return my order?
We want all of our customers to be satisfied, so reach out to us at Halocandleco7@gmail with any concerns and we can work together to resolve it! In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Halocandleco7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

At Halo Candle Co. we want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if you are not we will allow a return within 14 days of delivery, if the product is not used, not damaged and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
